Parish Council meetings are held regularly throughout the year on Monday evenings at Brantingham Village Hall starting at 7.30 pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Whilst they cannot directly participate in meetings, a short period is given over at the start to put forward concerns they may have on matters directly related to the Parish Council. If you wish to speak in the public session, please get in touch with Linda Soulsby, Clerk to the PC, five days before the meeting. If you wish to raise a matter with the Parish Council but cannot attend a meeting, please write/email the Clerk, or contact one of your Parish Councillors. The AGM is a public meeting usually held immediately preceding the Parish Council meeting in May.
Agendas are finalised and posted the weekend before meetings. Minutes of meetings are posted on the Parish Council Website.
